TOPIC: Guerrilla Diplomacy: Rethinking International Relations

Daryl Copeland, a Canadian diplomat with experience in Thailand, Ethiopia, New Zealand and Malaysia ­  currently Senior Fellow at Munk Centre for International Studies ­ will present novel views on 21st  century diplomacy from his most recent book, "Guerrilla Diplomacy: Rethinking International Relations"

Development and security goals have been hobbled by a commitment to Cold War perspectives, long since been made irrelevant in the face of globalization.
Join us as Daryl Copeland offers possible solutions in the form of a new framework ­ one which requires us to rethink the nature of diplomacy.  This event is presented in partnership with the Office of Global Relations, University of Saskatchewan.
